Work Rolls (Forged)

Sidenor has three different types of rolls for cold strip mills, which differ from each other based on their chrome content. The roll is selected based on an analysis of the characteristics of the rolling mill process and the weight adopted by the user for mechanical resistance and/or wear resistance.

Variants:
• Higher mechanical resistance to withstand the strains from the rolling process,
• Wear resistance in order to provide high productivity to the rolling mill
• Enhanced surface quality to the rolled strip.
