Liquid Vehicle System (LVS)

Liquid Vehicle System, or LVS, is a wet chemical agent with a unique blend of organic and inorganic salts, coupled with surface active ingredients to protect off-road mining equipment. It provides a strong measure of freeze protection, as well as the foaming properties like other conventional Class-B liquid agents. The free-flowing nature of the agent enables it to readily enter in inaccessible areas where flammable liquids may settle. LVS provides superior cooling of superheated surfaces by blanketing the fuel, as well as suppresses the fire by cutting off the oxygen supply to avoid reflash.
